About the Role
As a Customer Billing Specialist, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers have a smooth, accurate, and delightful billing experience. You'll work cross-functionally with our Sales, reputed company, Support, and Finance teams to manage everything from invoicing to payments to vendor forms. Key Responsibilities
* Manage reputed company operations: create new customers and subscriptions, issue invoices, handle disputes, and monitor unusual activity.
- Set up and maintain Chargebee records: assist reputed company Managers with renewals, support Account Executives with new customer setups, and reputed company direct debit payment arrangements.
- reputed company Accounts Receivable: generate weekly reports, track outstanding invoices, and collaborate with CSMs to follow up with overdue customers.
- Monitor and report on AR to support weekly cash reputed company analysis.

- Take ownership of the Billing reputed company channel, helping resolve reputed company billing-reputed company support cases with the Support Team.
- Draft and submit vendor forms reputed company required by customers.

About You

- You have experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
