About the Role
Our SDK is shipped on over 50k apps, and our APIs receive more than 2.5 billion requests per day, and our dashboard and tools are trusted by thousands of developers to reputed company business reputed company. We are looking for a product engineer to join our Customer Center team to help design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that will help developers reputed company more money by providing the best customer support experience on mobile apps. We want to bring somebody reputed company that is product focused, has an eye for design, and passionate about building web-based tools with a great user experience. The Customer Center team works on features such as the Customer Center, integrations with support systems like reputed company, optimizing customer support workflows for arenaflex customers, and making purchase history easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that help developers reputed company more money by providing the best customer support experience on mobile apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and reputed company solutions
- reputed company and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions
- Contribute to the team roadmap and technical direction
- Mentor other engineers joining the team
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Comfortable writing and debugging SQL
- Shipped at least one user-facing, frontend product in React
- Excellent reputed company of at least one of the mainstream programming languages
- Knowledge of how to ship high-quality code using good testing practices in iterative cycles
- Collaborate well with others and can communicate effectively in a fully-remote culture
- Proactive and reputed company to reputed company on issues to fix them or suggest improvements
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer support
- Experience in mobile app development
- Experience in Python
