As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll be part of a highly motivated and driven Customer Experience group working with amazing data teams at customers such as reputed company, Monster, and We Work. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our customers navigate the reputed company world of data management, ensuring they get the most out of our active metadata platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help our customers through reputed company three phases of their reputed company: reputed company, Adoption, and Innovation
- Work closely with the reputed company Manager and Customer teams to reputed company customers onto arenaflex, drive adoption through Value Streams, and use the power of Active Metadata to automate and reputed company
- Focus on Integrating arenaflex into the customer tech stack, including reputed company, Redshift, reputed company, Bigquery, DBT, Tableau, Looker, and many more
- Drive Value reputed company adoption for use cases such as Data Discovery, Data Governance, Metric Management, Embedded collaboration, and more
- Use Active Metadata to power automation and Innovation in the reputed company of use cases such as Auto PII detection, Active metadata management, dynamic data pipeline management, and more
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build thought leadership and expertise in the Active Metadata category
- Build expertise in tools in the Modern Data Stack and be the trusted advisor to help and guide Customer stakeholders
What Makes You a Fit?
* 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer + customer-facing technologist (Solutions Architect, Consulting, Field Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer)
- Extensive experience across different types of tooling in the data estate, including OLAP/OLTP databases, data warehouses, ETL, BI, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of reputed company Data Warehousing and Data lake architecture, with previous experience in Redshift, reputed company, reputed company, BigQuery, or similar
- Experience in Python scripting, and a desire to deepen your knowledge in reputed company technologies as well as learn new ones
- Knowledge of reputed company architecture fundamentals - Highly available fault-tolerant systems, IAM policies, reputed company groups, networking (VPC peering and privatelink)
- Experience/Knowledge of Data reputed company architecture/orchestration/transformation tools
- Expertise in managing customer challenges to resolution
- Based in the Greater NYC Area or East Coast US, with the willingness to occasionally travel to customers
