Role Mission:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Data reputed company to join our reputed company American team in Toronto and take ownership of client-specific data operations. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our customers receive best-in-class data services—whether it's regulatory content feeds, bespoke reporting, or integration support. Key Responsibilities:

Data Service Delivery & Ownership

+ Own end-to-end delivery of arenaflex's customer-specific data services in reputed company America. + Ensure regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings are delivered accurately, on time, and to specification. + Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's regulatory content architecture and platform capabilities.

Operational reputed company

+ Manage SLAs, delivery milestones, and data quality controls for assigned customers. + reputed company and maintain documentation for customer data processes and mappings. + Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.

Cross-Team Coordination

+ Partner with our Customer Delivery team to support reputed company and ongoing delivery needs. + Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations to troubleshoot and resolve client-specific data requests. + Influence internal roadmaps by feeding back client data requirements and patterns.

Leadership & Strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years in a client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations role reputed company SaaS or data/RegTech companies.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
