Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent for arenaflex's Remedy On-Call product, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers reputed company reputed company-time/live conversations over the phone and chat. You'll work independently, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues reputed company. This is a remote role that requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet reputed company, and a reliable computer setup.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and verify information to ensure accuracy

  • Schedule patient appointments as requested
