Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Patient Support/reputed company Desk Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and reputed company providers, handling a wide reputed company of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Answer calls, emails, and/or other requests from patients and/or reputed company providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals

  • Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift, providing accurate and complete information to patients and reputed company providers
  • Capture information and update systems appropriately, ensuring seamless communication and data management

Essential Qualifications
