Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting reputed company technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You'll also play a crucial role in driving reputed company growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, and actively participating in the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
• Conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations that effectively showcase our products or services' features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Understanding customer requirements and business challenges, and developing innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections during the pre-sales phase.
• Preparing and delivering technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications that meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborating with the product development and engineering teams to reputed company feedback on product enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement, and stay updated on the latest product releases and updates.
• Conducting reputed company-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/reputed company/Pre Sales Engineering) – must.
• Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information reputed company industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

For candidates who receive an offer, the annual reputed company salary (for non-sales roles) or reputed company salary + commission reputed company (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $160,000 – $180,000 USD.
