Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive growth, retention, and reputed company expansion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, reputed company, and analytics, to drive reputed company optimizations and best-in-class customer experience across reputed company lifecycle programs and activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field

  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or a reputed company field
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • B2B SaaS experience required
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
  • Excellent communications skills across reputed company mediums, and reputed company reputed company of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform reputed company
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience with SMS and/or WhatsApp a plus
  • Experience with reputed company or Candu a plus
