About the Role
As a reputed company Consultant - Training Specialist WA, you will be responsible for delivering a minimum of 40 training hours per month and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for planning learning activities to cover the client reputed company and minimize cancellations, identifying opportunities for new sales to fulfill client needs, and enhancing clients' knowledge of our products and drive usage. Additionally, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with individual users and key stakeholders, defining client learning needs, and planning and implementing effective training solutions.
Responsibilities
* Delivering a minimum of 40 training hours per month and maintaining accurate records
- Planning learning activities to cover the client reputed company and minimize cancellations
- Identifying opportunities for new sales to fulfill client needs
- Enhancing clients' knowledge of our products and drive usage

Requirements

- Experience in training delivery and using platforms like eLearning
- Identify opportunities while building solid relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Be authorized to legally work in Australia
