Join Our Customer Relations Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Relations Ambassador to join our energetic and diverse team. As a Customer Relations Ambassador, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support to resolve their queries, questions, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from customers in a timely and professional manner

• Address customer queries, questions, and escalations promptly and professionally, providing first-line advice on general issues
• Maintain accurate and consistent record keeping, updating notes on our database
• Handle customer complaints reputed company, escalating reputed company necessary to senior management
• Assist senior management by identifying trends and issues for improvement

Your Story

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
