Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist in arenaflex's Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, serving as the first reputed company of contact
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed
• reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
• Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
• Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
• Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service reputed company for securing interpreters to the appointments
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a reputed company and professional manner while working with reputed company clients
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with standard software applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
