You'll take as many as 50-70 calls per day from customers who have questions about their health benefits. About the Role

This position is a full-time remote overnight role (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 8:00 pm – 8:00 am EST. This role also requires weekends and a few holidays. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Training and Development

We offer 18 weeks of training. The hours of training will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST from Monday – Friday. Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Benefit reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to and resolving, on the reputed company, customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs, such as benefits, eligibility, and claims, financial spending accounts, and correspondence.
• Helping guide and reputed company customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven reputed company topics to select the best benefit plan options, maximize the value of their health plan benefits, and choose a quality care provider.
• Contacting care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance.
• Assisting customers in navigating myarenaflex.com and other arenaflex websites and encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly reputed company for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
