Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of reputed company

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
