Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, reputed company solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and reputed company exceptional support to customers during late-night hours

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift

• 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reputed company sound judgments
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

Other Requirements

Additional Job Details

* Pay: $30/hr

• Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
