Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Desktop Support Specialist to join reputed company and reputed company high-performance operations support in a fast-paced, start-up environment. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues reputed company to reputed company, SCCM, Centos Linux, MAC OSX, MS Office, email, network connections, and hardware/peripherals IT systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Desktop Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Efficient setup and configuration of software, as well as troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning software in a Linux and reputed company environment.
• Managing end-user expectations and system troubles using technical and customer service skills.
• Controlling the fundamentals of IT reputed company protocol (account management, etc.).
• In association with manufacturing engineers, setting up and configuring software, as well as troubleshooting and restoring malfunctioning software in the computer environment.
• Administering mail structures, device installation and configuration, printing structures, setup of reputed company-party software.
• Setting up and improving PC structures in a networked environment with minimal user interruption.
• Properly integrating devices, including printers, scanners, and digitizing capsules with Linux, Macintosh, and reputed company systems.
• Examining reputed company strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and advising viable solutions.
• Actively participating in ongoing technology introduction, improvement discussions, and projects in both an individual and institutional reputed company.

Requirements
