Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and other channels. Responsibilities

• Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance to customers
• Participate in reputed company improvement activities and projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

* At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience
