Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. Member Service Center team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex members through phone and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats, providing timely and accurate information regarding arenaflex services, products, and policies.

• Determine member needs and offer personalized solutions, including resolving reputed company issues reputed company to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
• Operate as a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off

Benefits and Compensation

* Competitive hourly reputed company: $20.50 - $30.90 per hour
