About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, identifying and resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. You'll work closely with our billing and eligibility specialists to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure quality customer service for reputed company customers, focusing on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
- Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Use effective communication techniques reputed company responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
- Inform and reputed company new customers regarding billing/invoicing setup and billing/payment procedures
- reputed company outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of reputed company or previous experience with arenaflex's proprietary systems (arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're looking for individuals with a strong background in our systems)
- 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our proprietary systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
