Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
  • Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on the best destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating reputed company cases to the appropriate teams reputed company necessary
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
