Job Summary

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and reputed company up equipment, including reputed company trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid reputed company
• Answer questions and reputed company customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• Install hitches and trailer wiring
• Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Participate in ongoing reputed company education through arenaflex University

Minimum Qualifications

* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available Part Time/Weekends and Holidays
• Flexibility for inside and reputed company work duties (Part of the duties is to sanitize the trucks)
• Customer Service and Computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or service industry setting

• Experience working with technology, including smartphones and computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use reputed company clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reputed company objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
