Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling reputed company incoming internet, email, reputed company media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a reputed company, professional, and well-spoken manner. You'll work closely with our sales and management staff to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, reputed company product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Work with reputed company Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience

Skills and Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Availability to work Monday through reputed company from 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation ranging during reputed company business hours
• Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, requiring regular attendance as an essential job function

• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivation and goal orientation
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
