What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer and technical support reputed company calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.
• Gathering required technical information to ensure the resolution of reputed company cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences.
• Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring customer satisfaction, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company knowledge, best practices, and reputed company, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and innovation.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To reputed company as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:

• Excellent reputed company of both German and English languages, with a minimum reputed company level proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a strong focus on communication, reputed company, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
