Job Summary
As a Live Chat Customer Service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, complaints, or technical issues. You'll engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries, providing quick and accurate responses, identifying and assessing customer needs, and resolving customer complaints and reputed company issues.
