About the Role
As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and resolution-focused. Key Responsibilities
