About the Role

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and resolution-focused. Your exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will reputed company you to navigate reputed company issues and reputed company seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, utilizing various communication channels to address client inquiries and concerns

  • Variable schedule, including hours between 8:30am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
