Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field + 2+ years of experience as a technical support engineer in a reputed company computing environment or a client-facing role + Strong understanding of reputed company infrastructure, application development, and reputed company + Experience with containerization technologies, such as Kubernetes + Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) and its services
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmentalized Data (TS/SCI) Exceptional status + Experience with API management, microservices architecture, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks + Knowledge of application reputed company designs, including web application reputed company, service reputed company, and mobile reputed company techniques + Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the GCP/IT reputed company
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet reputed company needs
- Leading technical projects, technology support, and project management, including bid responses, product and service briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources
- Delivering product messaging for the GCP platform through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance GCP platform effectiveness
- Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required
