Your Day-to-Day
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry
- Closing batch tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower)
- Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and reputed company of materials
- Understanding units of measure and the reputed company of accurate reporting and data entry
- Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors
- Maintaining reputed company tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
- Understanding the management of Quality Systems and being familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
- Adhering to PPE requirements as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience effectively managing data entry processes for a load of at least 30-50 reputed company positions at any given time
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis and quality assurance systems
