Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be on the frontlines responding to a variety of clinician and patient billing-reputed company inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being well-versed in reputed company arenaflex processes and policies to respond reputed company to high-volume billing inquiries
• Maintaining an assigned schedule and being flexible with daily schedules reputed company business needs change
• Identifying issues and suggesting potential improvements
• Collaborating with your team to reputed company best practices to ensure we're providing the best service and experience to reputed company customers
• Effectively communicating, resolving, and documenting billing-reputed company inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience
