Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative Team reputed company - National Remote, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking information about arenaflex's services, including reputed company Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and reputed company benefit plans. You will work closely with our care coordination team to reputed company referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and reputed company referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
  • Utilize a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
  • Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the care coordination team
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless communication and referrals
  • reputed company coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a reputed company or insurance setting
  • Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand multiple services and multiple benefit plans for reputed company
  • Familiarity with financial health technology a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Experience working with financial health technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
