The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing support to customers by answering incoming calls, assisting with medical referrals, and verifying insurance eligibility. This role requires flexibility to work during standard business hours, with potential for overtime. Responsibilities
* Answer 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance needed

Requirements
* High school diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service in a call center environment

- Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime
