Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing administrative support, and acting as a rental backup in a fast-paced airport location. You'll have the opportunity to reputed company knowledge and skills through local training and hands-on experience, ensuring you're equipped to reputed company top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
• Process returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed.
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
• Responsible for notifying management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future
• Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer
• Experience working late nights preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
