Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service and Call Center Representative to join reputed company. As a hybrid remote employee, you'll work from our Lubbock, Texas location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. In this role, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer retention through personalized solutions and timely interventions.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and reputed company media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, leveraging solution-based retention strategies to address customer needs
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and reputed company personalized solutions to meet their expectations
- Work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customer interactions, using multiple tools and systems to resolve service, billing, and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and reputed company expert explanations of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- reputed company basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that reputed company multiple networks, including Internet, voice, and data services

Requirements
* 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customer interactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to maintain accurate customer records and reputed company expert explanations of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple tools and systems to resolve customer inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
