- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing software provided by arenaflex to take down information and communicate with clients reputed company phone and WhatsApp
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless transitions and coverage
- Logging in and out of shifts, and reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure a smooth transition
- Communicating reputed company of time if you cannot cover any particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
- Working independently and as part of reputed company to reputed company customer satisfaction and business goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
