Job Summary

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing reputed company of remote web chat representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience, and collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and reputed company solutions in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
