Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and reputed company processing customer information and orders. You'll work closely with our veterinary support team to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests
- Examine and resolve issues to determine proper solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders

Requirements
* 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-focused environment
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail

- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
