Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats reputed company to insurance policies. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications
