Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support on our insurance products. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Initiating endorsements and policy changes for customers
• Processing and transmitting necessary information to clients and brokers reputed company various channels
• Assisting applicants and brokers with application completion and required forms
