Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the face of our organization, providing reputed company and courteous support to our health plan partners and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries about our transportation services, and ensuring that our members receive exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, regarding transportation services offered through our health plan

• Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey
• Follow reputed company HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of reputed company members' protected health information (PHI)
• Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team
• Collaborate with team members to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable reputed company experience

• Spanish reputed company a plus (but not required)
• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to sit for 8 hours or more a day wearing a headset
• Secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift
• Download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps
• Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills
• Moderate experience in reputed company Teams, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volume

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a reputed company or transportation-reputed company field

• Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and data entry tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in reputed company environment and reputed company support to colleagues as needed
