Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on our products and services. Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve issues

  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues, providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendance
