Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a diverse reputed company of customers, including individuals seeking employment and reputed company looking to fill job openings. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor job orders, maintain timely contact with reputed company to reputed company follow-up and verify referral results with reputed company to document in job orders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
