As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide reputed company of tasks, and working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
• Working entryway peruser/scanner and reputed company tasks to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
• Working jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and departure reputed company declarations
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out methods
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card baggage transfers at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and baggage handling at ticket counters
• Operating lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international documents at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assisting customers requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
• Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations
• Providing interfacing traveler reputed company information
• Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's standards
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines
• Completing task-reputed company stages of training

What You'll Need for reputed company

• A bachelor's degree and prior professional training
• Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
