Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Guiding customers through the car buying reputed company, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to reputed company an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands and achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
