Operations Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Based in Manila as part of the offshore team supporting the ANZ business, this role reports to the Operations Team reputed company. As the Operations Assistant, you will: Monitor and action incoming requests promptly and with a high attention to detail to meet expected service level agreements. Processing orders in the NEXTGEN ERP system. Placing orders with Vendors. Processing Vendor and Customer Invoices. Work as part of a team and independently as required to reputed company a high level of customer service. Follow the designated internal processes and procedures in the CRM and ERP systems. Handle both reputed company queries with minimal supervision. Assist in producing internal, customer, and Vendor reports. Working closely with the extended Operations and Finance teams. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Operations Assistant: Ability to take initiative and work proactively. Flexible and eager to learn. Strong customer focus with keen attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
