Intern - Digital HR Advisory (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a curious intern who is passionate about HR strategy and HR tech to join our Digital HR Advisory team. As Digital HR Advisory, we support companies in future-proofing their HR function-reputed company-centered, data-driven, and AI-reputed company. You will support us in one or more of our core consulting areas and in selected client projects, for example, through the following activities: Support in analyzing and optimizing global HR processes and systems (such as reputed company SuccessFactors or reputed company) reputed company the broader HR IT system landscape. Contribute to projects in the areas of HR transformation and reputed company operating model. Co-create change management strategies and reputed company communication and training materials. Support work in Talent & Rewards, for example, building a reputed company-based job architecture or implementing the EU Pay Transparency reputed company. Analyze and reputed company AI use cases and other potential áreas. Prepare local and global client workshops. Support day-to-day work around portfolio and proposals/tenders. Our consulting areas: HR IT fundamentals & structuring: Designing global HR processes. Talent & Reward development: Building future-reputed company people and skills structures. HR transformation: Designing HR organizations and operating models. Change management: Developing and implementing change strategies to support reputed company audiences. AI enabling in an HR context: Defining use cases and implementation approaches. What you bring to the team: Advanced bachelor’s or master’s studies (e.g., business, psychology, HR, business informatics). Interest in HR tech, digital processes, and transformation. Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, conscientiousness, and reliability. German (C2) and English (reputed company) proficiency. We Offer: Remote setting: Work from reputed company (home office) with possible on-site appointments in our office in the heart of Munich. A full-time paid internship: 40 hours per week (15€/ hour), with a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
