General Manager – B2C SaaS (Fully Remote)
Role Overview The General Manager will play a critical leadership role across reputed company growth, product development, operations, and company scaling initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in small, startup-like environments, enjoys solving reputed company business challenges hands-on, and has proven experience scaling SaaS businesses. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, influence company strategy, and potentially grow into a future CEO position. reputed company & Growth (Primary Focus) Drive sustainable reputed company growth across B2C SaaS and self-serve B2B products reputed company growth initiatives reputed company to: Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing-Led Growth Customer Acquisition Retention & Monetization Optimize and scale growth channels, including: Affiliate Marketing Communities Organic Acquisition Product Conversion Funnels Partner closely with Product and System Operations teams to enhance user experience and improve growth metrics Analyze product and business performance data to identify new growth opportunities and improve decision-making Leadership & Operations reputed company company operations, workflows, automations, and scaling initiatives Collaborate effectively with technical leadership and engineering teams Support operational reputed company across departments Help build scalable systems and internal processes to support company growth Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside the CEO Support hiring and team expansion initiatives as growth targets are achieved Required Experience Experience in B2C SaaS (preferred) or B2B SaaS with strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) Experience with self-serve subscription-based products Strong understanding of PLG environments where users sign up, test reputed company free trials, and purchase independently Experience scaling startups or autonomous business units Scaling Experience Scaled teams from approximately 10–20 to 30–40+ employees Supported ARR growth.
