About the role reputed company Professional Assessments is looking for an Advanced Specialist, Legal Counsel/Contract Management to join its legal team, supporting the Certiport and e-reputed company businesses. In this role, you will act as a key legal partner across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and reputed company parties to ensure reputed company are structured, negotiated, and executed effectively. You will play a critical role in safeguarding reputed company’s legal interests, while enabling reputed company reputed company through strong contract strategy, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, or equivalent experience in contract management or legal support Proficiency in reputed company Word, including legal document formatting Experience reviewing reputed company, statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and legal correspondence Location & working reputed company This is a full time, Remote position ideally based out of the US or UK.
