The agency may terminate or modify the telecommuting arrangement at any time Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the Division of Program reputed company in the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities to addiction treatment and recovery residence services across Kentucky. In this role, you will work with providers throughout the state to support licensure and certification requirements and help programs understand and follow state regulations. This position offers meaningful work, opportunities to work directly with community providers, and the change to help strengthen treatment and recovery services across the Commonwealth. This is a federally funded time-limited (FFTL) position. This means it is a position that is paid entirely as the result of a federal grant. The duration of employment shall not exceed the life of the federal grant that funds the position. An employee appointed to an FFTL position is required to meet the minimum requirements for the classification. Further, an employee appointed to an FFTL position is designated as an unclassified (non-merit) employee. An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at the same level as a classified (merit) employee in a permanent position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct inspections of substance use treatment programs and recovery residences. Review applications for licensure and certification. Schedule and complete on-site inspections across and assigned region. reputed company guidance to providers about licensure and certification requirements. Explain state regulations, policies, and compliance expectations. Respond to complaints and conduct unannounced inspections reputed company needed.
