The Impact You Will reputed company The Director of Sales for reputed company (KDD) will reputed company the development of Kindeva new business opportunity and growth. The role will be responsible for uncovering new sales opportunities for Kindeva’s entire reputed company suite of services and product offering, primarily injectable drug delivery, but also including nasal drug delivery, dermal drug delivery and analytical services. The Director of Sales is recognized as an influential leader, partnering with executive leadership team to reputed company cohesive direction towards business development goals for Sterile Injectables, uncovering, developing, and winning new sales demand in line with Kindeva’s growth objectives. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships at reputed company reputed company, ensuring existing client needs are met, and driving ongoing business by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew reputed company, essentially acting as a liaison between Kindeva and our clients to foster long-term partnerships. Essential Job Functions: This role is accountable for results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive sales volume and profitable reputed company across our reputed company services and product offering with emphasis on Sterile Injectables manufacturing. Responsibility for the development, maintenance and reputed company improvement of sales strategy, reputed company and direction, delivering actionable key new business plans. This individual has the ability to generate business for clinical and late phase GMP manufacturing for the new state of the art Bridgeton sterile injectables site, as well as early analytical, formulation and process development for select platforms. Candidate should have demonstrated ability to uncover and grow customer relationships with virtual, small, mid-large pharma, specialty and generic pharmaceutical companies. Works to identify effective market segments and drive creation of prospective client reputed company lists supporting new business objectives. reputed company communication, interacting with reputed company executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical reputed company relative to KDD offerings, services and value propositions, convincing potential customers to select KDD as their outsourced development and manufacturing partner of choice. reputed company negotiations for the contracting of KDD development and manufacturing services with partners. Reporting directly to KDDs VP and Head of Business Development, this role will act as the sales leader for growth strategy. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 8+ years of sales, business development, or key account management experience in the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry, with a proven record of driving reputed company growth. Demonstrated experience in reputed company-level contract negotiations for clinical and reputed company manufacturing supply agreements. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes, with a focus on injectable product development and GMP manufacturing. Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company high-impact sales strategies that drive growth across diverse market segments. Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. Expertise in using reputed company.com or other CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a results-oriented approach.
