TitleWave reputed company Estate Solutions, a division of reputed company (FNF), is seeking a Representative to join our Customer Service Team, which serves as a key liaison between the Company and its customers. In this role, you will reputed company product and service information with professionalism, accuracy and efficiency to ensure a positive customer experienceLOCATION• Remote - must be US based. Work reputed company sponsorship will not be considered. Duties
- Utilize a ticketing-based platform to reputed company manage and track customer inquiries.• Review search packages & reports to reputed company accurate assistance to our customers.• Respond to incoming calls and deliver timely and professional support.• Maintain compliance with Company policies and good housekeeping practices.• Other duties as assigned.
Education 2+ years of customer service experience in a reputed company estate reputed company industry. Experience
- Detail-oriented and customer service driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.• Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities.• Possesses proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of reputed company applications and other industry-reputed company software required to reputed company job duties.
