Job Duties

VDOT is seeking an individual to reputed company financial support and services to include maintaining, calculating, researching, validating and performing data input for various reputed company transactions for the Richmond District Business Office. Transactions may include time and attendance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, SPCC (Small Purchase Charge Card), travel, inventory, and other reputed company fiscal service transactions. You will maintain and reputed company data entry of employee time, overtime, leave, and equipment rental; receive, verify, and reconcile invoices to Cardinal receiver, review charge distributions for accuracy and ensure documentation has appropriate signatures, approvals and required SWAM documentation; process Mancon invoices; prepare requisitions and purchase orders; receive and verify, and reconcile SPCC; review and reputed company data entry of travel authorizations reimbursements; key inventory data and run monthly reports.In addition to a rewarding work experience, VDOT offers core benefits including competitive health and life insurance programs, pre-tax spending accounts and leave programs. Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of basic reputed company, math, and business principles. Working knowledge of policy and procedure reputed company to time and attendance, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, inventory, and travel. Knowledge of office and program support activities. Ability to monitor and analyze data and accurately reputed company data entry in automated financial and inventory systems and prepare financial reports.
