The Instructional Technology Specialist works collaboratively with faculty, subject matter experts, and other partners to design, reputed company, and support high-quality online courses and workforce development learning experiences. This role serves as a project manager for assigned initiatives and uses a reputed company of technology-enhanced systems to reputed company content for a variety of delivery modes, including noncredit offerings and professional learning experiences. We are seeking an Instructional Technology Specialist with a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, instructional systems design, and the application of both established and emerging educational technologies. The successful candidate will apply instructional design best practices to support effective teaching and learning across multiple delivery formats. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, particularly Canvas and Canvas Catalog, along with a strong reputed company in multimedia development processes, accessibility standards, and copyright requirements, is essential. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at once, reputed company scope, timelines, and deliverables, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, time management, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will also use the team’s project management system, follow established procedures, and contribute to the ongoing improvement and documentation of team processes.
